The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on August 9 & 22, 2011. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, October 5, 2011.
