Requesting approval of a “professional surveying services’ agreement with Halff Associates Inc., for: “Surveying Services” (on an as needed basis) for projects located within Hidalgo County.
BACKGROUND
The Homeowner Rehabilitation Program projects, upon occasion, require surveys for single family housing properties. Due to the potential of future projects for single family properties surveys, the Urban County Program Staff is requesting a one (1) year contract for said services. County Commissioner Court approved authority to negotiate a one (1) year professional engineering services contract with the No. 1 rank firm Halff Associates Inc. for the provision of single housing property surveys on September 13, 2011.
