Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Alton is requesting authorization to submit the Section 108 Public offering for the refinancing of their existing Section 108 loan to the Housing and Urban Development by October 28, 2011 and authorizing County Judge and County Clerk to sign any and all documents relating to this amendment.
BACKGROUND
The refinancing of the Section 108 loan will allow a lower fixed interest rate and the City of Alton will save approximately $396,000.00.
