Rike Ogden Figueroa Architects, Inc has submitted a best and final offer for the required professional architectural services for the Public Facility Improvements to Penitas Memorial Library located on 1111 South Main Street in Penitas, Texas. Rike Ogden Figueroa Architects, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by Commissioners' Court on September 26th 2011. Contract approval in the amount of $ 13,000.00 is being requested.
