BACKGROUND
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on August 16, 2011 and September 27, 2011. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, January 4, 2012.
