1. Requesting approval to accept a grant modification for Grant No. G12SS0002A between Hidalgo County and the Executive Office of the President Office of National Drug Control Policy-Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force.
2. Approval to redistribute the cost allocations to various full-time positions under HIDTA Task Force & Chapter 59, as listed on Exhibit A. (See attached)
3. Approval of revised salary schedules.

BACKGROUND
Move Hidalgo DA TF budget for the Attorney and Paralegal Support that will not be HIDTA funded and re-allocate funds to 2 Task Force Investigative/ Law Enforcement Officer positions and other minor adjustments in order to utilize 100% grant funds. Reprogramming/Reallocation of funds are within orignal approved budget, previously approved by CC on 04/03/2012, refer to AI-31575.
