a. Requesting approval of “Supplemental Agreement No. 3” to C-CAP-08-029B-11-12 between Hidalgo County and DOS Logistics Inc. to add “Revised Exhibit D1” with additional project (Esperanza Estates Subdivision) resulting in an increase of $13,871.67 in the estimated amount;

b. Requesting approval of Work Authorization No. 3 (with a proposed fee of $13,871.67) with DOS Logistics Inc. to provide Engineering Services to Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 for Esperanza Estates Subdivision a Border Colonia Access Program Round III Project;

c. Requesting authority to advertise and approval of procurement packet (i.e., specifications, legal notice, etc.) as attached hereto for Road Re-Construction of Esperanza Estates Subdivision a Pct 2 BCAP project.
