Urban County Program is requesting Commissioner’s Court formal rejection of bids that were submitted and opened April 25, 2012 at Hidalgo County’s Purchasing Department for the Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Contract No. 729055-for providing first-time public sewer service to colonias located in Pct. No. 1: Saenz Colonia, De Anda Colonia & Perez Subdivision including approval to authorize the County Judge to sign any and all documents associated with Texas Department of Agriculture (TDA) Contract No. 729055.
BACKGROUND
Due to project delays associated right of way entries, an alternative plan will be utilized in an effort to complete the project within contract timeline threshold. Please see attached letter from engineer.
