The Urban County Program, on behalf of Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3, is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Javier Hinojosa Engineering, in the amount of $631,834.00 utilizing Round 2.1 Disaster Recovery Funds of the Texas General Land Office (GLO) Contract No. 12-406-000-6453/DRS010068.
BACKGROUND
Javier Hinojosa Engineering submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for the project known as the “Peñitas Drain” project for flood drainage improvements in Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3. Javier Hinojosa Engineering was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
