Requesting the following for Mid-Valley Subdivision between Hidalgo County and Asago, LLC dba Asago Construction:
a. Approval of final construction contract (CC previously approved to award on 05-01-12) for C-CAP-12-049-05-01 in the amount of $317,767.00;
b. Approval of First Amendment to contract # C-CAP-12-049-05-01 to
(1.) Increase the sum to $327,181.08; &
(2.) Delete the outdated prevailing wage rates-Davis-Bacon; (Decision Number 02/09/2007 TX29) and replace with current prevailing wage rates-Davis-Bacon; (Decision Number TX120008 01-06-2012 TX8) in the Contract.
