Requesting approval of Urban County Program Interlocal Agreements with (16) member City Consortium for Urban County Program Year 25 (2012) and authorization for Hidalgo County Judge Ramon Garcia to sign any and all agreements.

In order to ensure the proper expenditures of CDBG funds, as outlined in 24 CFR Part 570 and other related federal rules and regulations as they apply, an Interlocal Agreement must be formally executed on an annual basis between the County of Hidalgo and each member of the Urban County Program. Interlocal Agreements will be executed with the following cities:
