Requesting approval and authorization to transfer $50,000.00 from the Hidalgo County HIDTA Task Force U.S. Justice Fund (1254) to the Hidalgo County Criminal District Attorney's Office U.S. Justice Fund (1256).
BACKGROUND
Section VIII.A.1.l of the Guide to Equitable Sharing for State and Local Law Enforcement, permits transfer of shared funds to any compliant Program participant. All cash transfers must be used in accordance with the permissible use provisions of said Guide.
