Discussion, consideration and approval of the reestablishment of the Local Data Advisory Board as required by HB 2730, Article 21.
BACKGROUND
Commissioners' Court previously approved the establishment of a Local Data Advisory Board on October 13, 2009 (see attached agenda item dated 10/13/2009). The Advisory Board since then has been dismantled since its primary function to assist in maintaining the county's disposition completeness was no longer necessary (this according to the Office of Court Administration).
