Presentation for discussion, consideration and action including, but not limited to, the following options in connection with locating space to house the 430th. State District Court:

A.    Pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 292.002 (b) authorization and approval of "location designation" of the Hidalgo County Administration Building (100 E. Cano, Edinburg, TX) as a "place" for an Auxiliary Court (from it's current location at the Annex Building, north of the Courthouse so as to permit the housing of the 430th. State District Court);

B.    Relocation of the Juvenile Justice Court from its current location of  to it's previous location at the Rudy de la Vina Juvenile Detention facility (until occupancy of the new courtroom facilities at the new Mario E. Ramirez, Jr. Juvenile Detention Complex;

C.   Other applicable options with action if necessary.
