Authority to negotiate an architectural service contract (AIA B141 Form of Agreement Between Owner and Architect-Parts 1&2) with the no.1 ranked firm _________________________________ for the provision of architectural services to assist Hidalgo County to design and construct “The Mission Kitchen Building” for use by the Hidalgo County HeadStart Program; and, if necessary or applicable,
C. Discussion and action on the drafting of an agreement (i.e. lease or memo. of understanding) between Hidalgo County and the Hidalgo County HeadStart Program detailing the obligations, terms and conditions for the occupancy and use of the Mission Kitchen Facility.
