1. Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4’s proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Years 21, 22, 23 & 25 (2008,2009,2010,& 2012) work plans. The proposed amendment will decrease the Fire Station Equipment- deleting the Linn/San Manuel Fire Station project; and create a Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements Line item for the development of Sunflower Park in the Precinct No. 4 area.

A Public Hearing was held on September 4, 2012 at 9:30 A.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. Hidalgo County Precinct No. 4 proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Years 21,22,23 & 25 (2008,2009,2010,& 2012) work plans. The proposed amendment will decrease the Fire Station Equipment- deleting the Linn/San Manuel Fire Station project; and create a Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements Line item for the development of Sunflower Park in the Precinct No. 4 area. A total of $319,865.68 will be allocated for the development of Sunflower Park. Note that this will be a multi-year funded Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements Project which will be completed in several phases. (See attached copy of Public Hearing Notice).
