Acceptance and approval of the continuation of the RTK Agreement with North American Western Data Systems d/b/a Western Data Systems for the Satellite and Cellular Phone Systems Service in connection with the existing "Trimble Rover Kit" equipment/system as utilized by the Hidalgo County Planning Department in an amount of $100.00 with effective date of October 22, 2012 thru October 21 ,2013.
BACKGROUND
After third year of agreement, renewal fees will be based on an equal cost shared amongst all members of the RTK Network and will be at a cost per membership of $100.00 per year. Original purchase of the Trimble Kit and RTK Agreement previously approved on 10/21/08.
