BACKGROUND
Toshiba has agreed for the continuation of the services by means of a purchase order including Precinct 3. The terms and conditions of the maintenance agreement is for Auditor's purposes only inasmuch as this agreement is non-binding since Toshiba is agreeing by means of a purchase order.
