BACKGROUND
On August 21, 2012, the County of Hidalgo Urban County Program HOME Division called Ms. Captellio to set up an appointment for her to approve and sign the plans and specifications for the reconstruction of her home. However, Mrs. Capetillo family informed our office that she passed away. Therefore, HOME staff is recommending cancellation of Josefa Capetillo’s application.
