BACKGROUND
Proposed purchase has a guaranteed delivery scheduled for the first week of December. Funding has been appropriated from (2) funding sources General fund in the amount of $21,358.38 (AI# 35308) and the remaining balance of $4,980.62 will be from forfeiture asset account which an agenda item (AI# 35150) for transfer has been appropriated on consent agenda to be approved same day of November 20, 2012 as described on attached email by Lt. Richard Ozuna.
