The City of Peñitas is requesting approval to enter into an Interlocal Agreement with Hidalgo County Precinct 3 for a loan in the amount of $100,000.00 from year 18 (2005) CDBG funds for Water/Sewer Improvements (re-routing of existing water lines) in the Precinct 3 area.
BACKGROUND
The City of Peñitas agrees it is in its best interest to provide assistance to Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3. Funds will be utilized to re-route existing water lines located at FM 1924 from SH 107 West to FM 492 from FM 1924 at FM 492 East to FM 492, SH 495 underpass from 0.359 miles North of US 83 to 0.347 Mile South of US 83 and Business 83 from US 83 West near Peñitas to US 83 East at Inspiration Road
Approval is recommended by the Hidalgo County Precinct No. 3 and the City of Peñitas.
Amount of Interlocal Agreement: $100,000.00 Year 18 (2005) (Funds re-captured by Precinct 3)
