BACKGROUND
The UCP is requesting authorization to submit the Five Year consolidated Plan to HUD. Every three (3) to five (5) years the Urban County Program is required by HUD rules and regulations to submit its consolidated plan. This year the Urban County Program will submit a Five Year Consolidated Strategy Plan for Fiscal Years 2013-2017 to HUD.
