Requesting approval to authorize Urban County Program Director to sign Exhibit “A" (Irrevocable Directive of Draw Proceeds) of a Master Disbursement Agreement for Castle Enterprises, LLC to employ the services of a disbursement agent, Aacon, Inc., for the Precinct No. 1 Street Improvements Project (Saenz Ave).
BACKGROUND
Precedent to issuing the Payment and Performance Bond Hidalgo County acting by and through Hidalgo County Urban County Program, hereinafter called the “OWNER" shall direct or shall cause all contract funds, including, but not limited to retainage, interest, change orders modifications or claim proceeds, if any to be deposited into a Project Specific Disbursement Account that has been established by Aacon, Inc. (See attached Agreement.)
