BACKGROUND
Urban County Program HOME Staff and Purchasing Procurement Specialist have rated three engineering service firms from the County’s approved “pool”. Hinojosa Engineering, RE Garcia and Quintanilla Headley & Associates were rated for applicable Rehab. projects that require a survey prior to construction. The Urban County Program Staff is requesting a one (1) year contract for said services. See attached scoring grid for your review.
The amount of assistance to the family will be determined after receipt of bids through the procurement process. Thereafter, selection of bidders will be presented to County Commissioner’s Court. Funding is available through the HOME 2011 Budget. The Urban County Program staff recommends approval of applicant’s.
