BACKGROUND
Both Cities (La Joya & City of Edcouch) shall reimburse the County for costs associated with the recount committee, election workers and employees and reimburse the County for liability insurance coverage for election workers employed for the re-count.
The Elections Administrator shall submit the actual costs for items contracted for the re-count no later than 10 days after the re-count.
