Discussion, consideration and approval of Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the County of Hidalgo and the City of Alton.
BACKGROUND
ICA is for the acquisition of right-of-way on FM 676 (Mile 5 Road) from FM 364 to SH 107. City of Alton agrees to reimburse County for all costs not reimbursed by TxDOT. Costs associated with land, title policies, appraisals, recording fees, closing costs and any legal services rendered shall be reimbursed.
