BACKGROUND
STAFF COMMENTS & RECOMMENDATION:
The applicants were approved to receive assistance under the Owner-Occupied Housing Rehabilitation Program by the County Commissioners’ Court on April 30, 2013, May 14, 2013 and June 4, 2013. Bids were received and opened at the Hidalgo County Purchasing Department on Wednesday, July 10, 2013.
