Acceptance of with approval to award the best valued proposal from job order contractor, Herrera & Hunt (awarded JOC through HCDE-Choice Facility Partners) in the amount of $19,261.37 for the installation of electrical to include, but not limited to, lighting/materials and any other appurtenances as may be needed at the Restroom Facility at Lopezville Baseball Park located in Pct. #2 as reviewed and approved by project engineer, Raul Sesin, PE, Hidalgo County Planning Department-Project #2013-249-OGG.

BACKGROUND

As requested by Pct #2, the RR facility has recently been relocated and needs installation of lighting and draw down service to facility.
