BACKGROUND
Terracon Consultants, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for construction material testing services for the Street Improvements Saenz Ave. in Precinct No. 1. Terracon Consultants, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. Contract approval in the amount of $9,094.00. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
