1. Hold a Public Hearing to consider public comments for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2’s proposed budget and program amendment for Fiscal Years 25 (2012) original work plan. The proposed amendment will decrease the Street Improvements activity by $61,000.00; increase the Public Services (General) activity and add the following scope of work: the purchase of a fire prevention trailer (educational trailer) for the City of San Juan Fire Department to promote fire safety in their community.

BACKGROUND
A Public Hearing was held on October 29, 2013 at 10:00 A.M. and citizen participation requirements have been met. The proposed budget and program amendment for Hidalgo County Precinct No. 2 for Fiscal Year 25 (2012) will:
