Requesting approval to amend the Proyecto Azteca Community-Based Development Organization (CBDO) contract, under the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP3). The amendment will reallocate $80,000 to be utilized for an additional single-family housing unit.

 The Urban County Program allocated $171,692 for administration costs for our NSP3 (2011) program and according to an administrative expenditure forecast, we anticipate an approximate balance of $80,000. The contract between the Urban County Program and the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regarding the NSP3 ends March 7, 2014. So in order to not lose these funds, we are requesting to increase the original Proyecto Azteca contract of $504,232 by $80,000, for a new grand total contract of $584,232.
