BACKGROUND
The purpose of the CDCA is to promote professional standards, to provide the means for the education of its members regarding the statutory and constitutional duties of the offices of the county clerk and the district clerk, and to participate in the legislative, judicial and executive processes of state government beneficial in the performance of the members’ duties.
TDCA's primary focus is providing quality education to members and obtaining a minimum of 12 to 15 hours continuing education credit, opportunities to exchange ideas and information on a national level, keep abreast on latest technologies, and provide a stronger voice on Federal legislation affecting our office.
Texas Association of Domestic Relations Offices (TADRO) exchanges information about new and innovative programs, current programs and particular county practices. Also, allowing members to actively monitor legislative activities in regards to Family law issues.
