BACKGROUND
Raba Kistner has submitted a best and final offer for the required construction material testing
Services for the South Fork Drain project which consists of geotechnical and construction material testing services. Raba Kistner was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on February 11, 2014. See attached contract, letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
