The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of San Juan is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Halff Associates, Inc. in the amount of $ 29,000.00 utilizing CDBG FY (2013) Street Improvements funds ( Sioux Road Canal).
BACKGROUND
Halff Associates, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for professional engineering services for a street improvements project calling for the lowering of a canal crossing. Project includes the widening of a street section and sidewalk. Halff Associates, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached scope of services and Best and Final Offer Letter.
