BACKGROUND
Justice Courts are upgrading aged case management software, from Tyler Technologies LEGACY to Tyler Technologies ODYSSEY platform. Considered phase III of the over all upgrade of the countywide Criminal Justice Information System upgrade project. Phase III is specific only to Justice of the Peace offices.
