The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of La Joya, is requesting consideration and action to approve a purchase order to OCL Enterprises, LLC in the amount of $23,114.62 for a Parks, Recreational Facility Improvements project, utilizing funds from the UCP Years 23 & 24 (2010 & 2011). 

BACKGROUND



After bidding out this project three (3) times, the city opted to do this project in phases based on scope of work. The City of La Joya received three written quotes and requested that the lowest responsible quote from OCL Enterprises, LLC be accepted for the installation of electrical conduit to include all labor and materials. Please see attached Price Quotation Sheet with city’s recommendation and contractor’s general liability insurance.
