A.) Requesting approval and authorization to advertise for sealed bids project for the "Construction of Hidalgo County Drainage District No.1 / County of Hidalgo Pct. 4 Sewer Line".

B.) Requesting approval to exercise the sixty (60) day grace period extension of term for " Gasoline, On & Off Highway Diesel Fuel". So as to have no lapse in service while bid process is ongoing. 

C.) Requesting approval to advertise and approval of draft specifications as attached hereto for " Gasoline, On & Off Highway Diesel Fuel" project. 

D.) Requesting approval to exercise the sixty (60) day grace period extension of term for " Hauling Service for Gravel / Sand and or Crushed Caliche". So as to have no lapse in service while bid process is ongoing. 

E.) Requesting approval to advertise and approval of draft specifications as attached hereto for " Hauling Service for Gravel / Sand and or Crushed Caliche" project. 

F.) Requesting approval to advertise and approval of draft specifications as attached hereto for " Hauling of Dirt with Option to Load" project.
