BACKGROUND
Appropriate $80.000.00 for the start up of Starr WIC Clinic. The object's # will be for the following:Salaries would be for 13 employees.Salaries would be only for 1 month for the month
of September 2007.
1 Area Coordinator- $24.04hr/$3846.00 for 1month
1 Nutritionist -$18.54hr/$2966.40 for 1 month
2 LVNS- $17.31hr/$2769.60x2=$5539.20 for 1 month
6 Clerks-@8.00 hr/$1280 x6=$7680.00 for 1 month
2 Clinic Aides@8.00hr/$1280.00x2= $2560.00 for 1 month
1 Full Time Cleaning Aide@$8.00hr/$1280.00 for 1 month
Total cost : $23,872.00
The rest of funds would be for operating expenses.
WIC has received letter from state for those funds. (attached)
