Requesting approval of a budget and program amendment for the City of La Joya utilizing Urban County Program funding from Years 17 & 18 (2004 and 2005). The City of La Joya will appropriate funds in the amount of $20,000.00 for Drainage Improvements, create a new line for Health Services in the amount of $7,000.00 and increase funds to Street Improvements in the amount of 42,500.00. Approval will also increase funding for Park Facility by 120,000.00
BACKGROUND
The City of La Joya is requesting approval for a Budget & Program Amendment to appropriate funds for street improvements, drainage improvements, health services and a park improvements facility. Approval of this request will appropriate funding for professional services and construction to the various projects in the City of La Joya. Proposed projects will utilize Urban County Program funds Yr.17&18 (FY2004 and 2005).
