1) Hold Public Hearing to consider public comments on proposed amendment to Year 19 (2006) workplan for the City of La Villa forfeited CDBG funds as administered by Hidalgo County Precinct #1. 

2) Approve amendment to the Year 19 City of La Villa workplan as administered by Precinct #1.

The proposed amendment will:
a) Create a Street Improvement line in the amount of $140,000;
b) Create a Planning Services line item in the amount of $182,501;
c) Delete the Park, Recreational Facilities line item ($120,000);
d) Delete Water/Sewer Improvements line item ($162,701);
e) Decrease Youth Services line item ($10,000);
f) Revise Youth Services work plan to allow for the purchase of equipment, uniforms and insurance
g) Delete the General Administration line item ($15,000)
h) Decrease the Fire Station/Equipment line item ($14,800)
