BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program, in coordination with Precinct #1, will solicit a Request for Qualifications for Professional Planning Services. The specific services to be solicited include a Utility Rate Study, City Ordinance Development, Planning and Zoning Guidelines, Street Master Plan and Economic Development Plan.
