BACKGROUND
CVQ Land Surveyors LLC, was the highest ranked firm by Commissioner’s Court on August 12, 2014. Contract approval in the amount of $27,600.00 is being requested for surveying services and legal counsel has approved the form contract as of February 28, 2013. See attached contract, letter of best and final offer, scope of services, and certificate of liability insurance.
