The Urban County Program on behalf of the City of Progreso is requesting approval and award of best and final negotiated contract with Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. in the amount of $7,138.45 utilizing UCP - City of Progreso Year 25 (2012) Street Improvements funds.
BACKGROUND
Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. submitted a best and final offer for construction material testing services for the Street Improvements project in the City of Progreso. Raba Kistner Consultants, Inc. was the highest ranked firm by County Commissioner’s Court. See attached contract, best and final offer letter, scope of services and certificate of liability insurance.
