1. Discussion, consideration and approval to establish a change fund in accordance with Texas Local Government Code Section 130.902 at each of the four Precinct Administrative Offices in the amount of $100.00 each for Hidalgo County Sanitation Permits after all County Auditor requirements are completed.
2. Discussion, consideration and approval to authorize the sale of Hidalgo County Sanitation Permits in the month of December to be effective 01/01/2015.

BACKGROUND

A. Change fund is being requested to facilitate the disbursement of change to residents upon the purchase of a Hidalgo County Sanitation Permit at one of the 4 Precinct Administrative Offices. Letter from the 4 Precincts requesting the change funds are attached. The change fund will be split between (2) cashiers.
B. Prior CC court action on agenda item #45694 approved the collection of the $25.00 permit fee to be effective January 01, 2015. This action is seeking to allow county residents the ability to purchase sanitation permits prior to January 01, 2015.
