Approval to award a Contract to the Perez Fence, Inc. for the Purchase of materials for the installation of a hurricane fence for LJ Park using Precinct No. 2 Urban County Program Parks, Recreational Facilities funding from Year 17 (2004) in the amount of $5,196.55.
BACKGROUND
The Urban County Program requests approval on behalf of Precinct No. 2 of a Contract with the Perez Fence, Inc. for the purchase of materials for the installation of a hurricane fence for LJ Park. Perez Fence, Inc. submitted a sole price quotation in the amount of $5,196.55. The contract shall be in the amount of $5,196.55. See attached price quotation, tabulation sheet and recommendation from Pct 2.
Contract Amount: $ 5,196.55
Funds Available: Year 17 (2004) $137,731.78
UCP Staff on behalf of Precinct No. 2 recommend approval of the Contract with Perez Fence, Inc.
