Presentation of the sole "Request for Proposals" (with qualifications) received in response to "RFP-2007-253-07-18-VYG-Legal Services-Hidalgo County Civil Service Commission" with the following options:
A. Proceed to accept the sole response received as "qualified" with authority for the Purchasing Dept. to negotiate a contract for "Legal Services-Hidalgo County Civil Service Commission"; or in the alternative;
B. Retain the sole response authority to re-advertise in order to encourage more participation by local legal firms or attorneys in the project and grade/score and evaluate the retained proposal response along with any additional proposals received from second publication of project.
