A. Presentation by project architect, ROFA, on the status of the Certificate of Substantial Completion as recommended for approval to CC on 6-25-07 (with an effective date of 6-28-07) by ROFA without supporting completion/punch list;
B. Authority for CC to take any appropriate action in connection with the possible recission of approval of the Certificate of Substantial Completion, if necessary;
C. Report by Buildings & Grounds, IT and Purchasing of items, systems, and/or training still necessary at and for the New Administration Building;
D. Authority for Hidalgo County Tax-Assessor Collector Office Divisions to commence moving and occupying the New Administration Building in order to meet the TxDOT time lines.
