Discussion and possible action of accepting cost participation from Wyatt Ranches of Texas, LLC for road construction of the intersection of Chapa Road and Brushline Road. Pct. 4 will provide labor and equipment.
BACKGROUND
The precinct completed the project on 2/11/15. The Wyatt Ranches participation was for materials only. This is the information as it pertains to the materials used for this project:
Under contract with Ergon Asphalt (C-14-315-09-03) we have our SS1 oil set price at $3.3118 per gallon at 1,000 gallons or less. The precinct used 150 gallons of SS1 oil for this project.
$3.3118 x 150 gallons = $496.77
Under contract with Frontera Materials (E-14-089A-03-11) we have our D Limestone set price at $58.00 per ton. The precinct hauled 45 tons of D Limestone for this project.
$58.00 x 45 tons = $2,610.00
Therefore, the total cost for the materials for this projects is:
$2,610.00 + $496.77 = $3,106.77
