BACKGROUND
The Housing Rehab Staff is requesting to Amend Agenda #47999 for Roel & Blanca Garcia that was approved on January 20, 2015. Since receiving application approval, the family financial situation has changed (increased). As a result, the Urban County Program staff is requesting that the County Commissioner Court amend the Garcia’s application from a 30% loan and 70% deferred to 50% loan and 50% deferred.
