BACKGROUND
For Sidewalk along FM 1426 (Raul Longoria Rd.)
as per ICA: The County agrees to reimburse the District an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for materials for the Project within thirty (30) days of receipt of invoice from the District accompanied by an invoice from TxDOT demonstrating the actual cost of materials for the Project.
